Pencil Path ("we", "us") sells downloadable digital products through getpencilpath.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Purchase information. When you buy, our checkout provider (Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal) collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
Website analytics and advertising. This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure the performance of our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited and actions taken on this site.
We use your information to deliver your purchase, provide customer support, process refunds, and improve our products and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email us.
Our products are designed to be used with children, but they are purchased by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
